1 Scope of Agreement: These are the conditions of the contract between you, the Client (“You” and “your”) and Invenio Training Limited (Invenio Training Limited “we”, “us” and “our”) governing your use of our services, including the conference registration as set out in your booking form. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Invenio Training Limited and you. All prior agreements understandings and negotiations and representations (save for fraudulent misrepresentation) whether oral or in writing are cancelled in their entirety. The terms of any other electronic communications will not form part of this agreement. 

 

2 Our commitment to you: Should the Training be cancelled or the location be changed for reasons or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule the Training, including changing the location, upon written notice to you. Should the Training fail to be rescheduled for any reason your refund shall not exceed the total charge received by us from you. 

 

3 Payment Terms: The Total Training Fees specified on the booking form are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise indicated and any other applicable sales tax which shall be payable in addition. 

 

Following completion and return of the booking form (including email confirmations), full payment is required within fourteen days from the invoice date or prior to the Training if this is sooner. We reserve the right to charge you in full (per person amount not discounted rate) if payment is not received in accordance with these payment terms. We reserve the right to refuse certification if full payment is not received in accordance with these terms. 

 

Mileage and subsistence costs maybe incurred for overnight requirements and travel over 50 miles from HP14 4HY (100 mile return). Accommodation up to £95 per night, mileage charged at .50p per mile. 

 

Some venues may require an additional fee for exclusive useage, this will be communicated at time of booking and options discussed. 

 

4 Cancellations: A cancellation by the client 10 or less working days before course commencement may result in the full cost (or loss of deposit) of the course being made. Cancellation by the client 11 to 30 days before the course commencement may result in up to 50% of the cost (or deposit) of the course being made. Cancellation by the client over 30 days a full refund will be given or credit against a future course. An administration fee of £25 will be charged for any administration resulting through a cancellation or reschedule by the client. If a student is unable to attend, a substitute may be sent in their place or a credit given towards a future Invenio Training Limited course. 

 

5 General: You, your executive/s or your agents may not transfer or assign any of the rights or obligations of this Agreement (in whole or part) without our prior consent. Any attempt to resell, assign or transfer rights without our consent will entitle us to cancel the contract without liability to you. 

 

6. Face to Face refresher training is first come, first served. MTA members can book onto workshops via MTA website. 

 

This agreement is governed by and will be construed in accordance with English law and each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England will have the non-exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement. 

 

The working language of the Training is English. Attendees requiring an interpretation service must make their own arrangements at their own expense Invenio Training Limited is subject to the UK Data Protection Act 1998. Our primary goal in collecting personal information from you is to give you an enjoyable customised experience whilst allowing us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs. We collect certain personal information from you, which you give to us when using our site and/or registering or subscribing for our products and services. We guarantee not to pass on this information to any other persons or companies. 

 

 

1. The Website 

1.1 The Inveniotraining.co.uk website is owned and operated by Invenio Training Ltd. 

 

1.2 All of the goods on this Website are offered by Invenio Training Ltd. which will be the contracting party for any order that you place. 

 

2. Orders 

2.1 Any order that you place constitutes an offer to purchase a product subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right without reason to refuse any order. 

 

2.2 All orders placed will be subject to availability and confirmation of the order price via a "notification of despatch" email sent to your email address registered at time of purchase. 

 

2.3 If you wish to order goods which may only be purchased by persons of a certain age, you will be asked when registering on the Website to declare that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the items. If we reasonably believe that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we reserve the right to cancel your order. 

 

3. Prices 

3.1 All prices are inclusive of UK VAT (but do not include delivery charges). 

 

3.2 All prices on the Invenio Training website are in UK Pounds Sterling 

 

3.3 We try very hard to ensure that all of the pricing information shown on our website is accurate. Rarely an error may occur and goods may be wrongly priced. If we discover there has been an error with the pricing of any item then we will contact you prior to dispatching the order to notify you of the error. You will be asked if you wish to cancel the order or to proceed with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. 

 

4. Payment 

4.1 Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on the website at the time you place your order. Payment shall be due before the delivery date and time for payment shall be a fundamental term of this agreement, breach of which shall entitle the Supplier to terminate the contract immediately. 

 

4.2 There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received. 

 

4.3 If purchases are returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, initial shipping charges will be deducted from any refund due. 

 

5. Delivery 

5.1 The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. 

 

5.2 Your package will normally be dispatched via the Royal Mail or DPD on the same or next business day after cleared payment. Depending on stock. We always confirm via email that your Item has been shipped. 

 

5.3 Restrictions and surcharges may be applicable to destinations in the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey, Isle of Scilly, and mid Wales. 

 

6. Non-Delivery 

6.1 Genuine postal losses are rare in the UK. Experience has shown us that in most cases items are returned to us by the Post Office as uncollected when buyers have reported items as undelivered. Please check with your local delivery office before contacting us about non-delivery. Where items are returned to us we will contact you and a further Postage and Handling charge will be made before items can be redelivered. 

 

6.2 If the goods are not delivered on the date expected you should notify us of such non-delivery within 14 days of the dispatch date. 

 

7. Returns 

7.1 Should you wish to return any of your goods, you may only do so in accordance with our returns policy. 

 

7.2 If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsellable condition and Military 1st had not been informed before the item was sent, we won't be able to give you a refund. We may have to send it back to you, ask you to cover the delivery fee or if it is not possible, we will charge a restocking fee. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

 

8. Copyright 

8.1 All intellectual property of Invenio Training Ltd such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of Invenio Training Ltd. By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Invenio Training Ltd and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material/pictures contained within the Website. 

 

9. Up to %DISCOUNT% off Sitewide Promotion 

9.1 The promotion offers a discount of up to %DISCOUNT% off the original price for selected stock. Exclusions may apply to certain items, and these will not be eligible for any discounts during the promotion. We retain the right to modify the discount value at our discretion throughout the promotional period. 11. Amendments 

11.1 Invenio Training Ltd reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time, as required.

In the event that a parcel is returned to us and there are some issues that should be resolved, an email is written to the customer notifying him/her of the parcel. If 60 days lapse without any response, the goods are warehoused and disposed of.

We are more than happy for you to return any of our goods for a refund or exchange within 90 days of receipt, as long as, they are in a resalable condition with all packaging and labels intact. So feel free to try any of our fantastic range available with our no quibble, no question returns policy. Refunds will be paid up to seven working days once item recieved in sellable state.

Please pack your items securely and fill in the form on the dispatch note indicating the items you are returning, choose the appropriate option and enclose it in your parcel. 

 

You, the customer, will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. It can be shipped back via a service of your choice although we do recommend a secure trackable method that requires a signature on delivery.
