After-School First Aid Clubs

Practical life-saving skills for young people — taught calmly, safely, and with confidence.

Our After-School First Aid Clubs give young people the confidence and skills to act when something goes wrong — at school, at home, or out with friends.

Sessions are practical, age-appropriate and delivered by experienced instructors with real-world medical and outdoor backgrounds. The focus is on calm decision-making, not just certificates.

Train once. Build confidence for life.
Practical first aid education that prepares young people for the real world.
First aid simulation showing an unconscious child casualty after a road traffic incident. Trainees practising choking response techniques on each other during a first aid course.
I attended an Emergency First Aid at Work for Forestry in April '24. Bruce's approach was really engaging and made learning enjoyable, while covering loads of useful material. The outdoor sessions really helped put theory into practice, and made me feel much better prepared for any incident when leading volunteer work parties outdoors. I've been on several first aid courses over the years, and I think this was the best!”
