The Leading Qualifications For Pre-hospital Care
Keeping It Real
Plenty of advanced courses teach flashy skills — but most of them can’t legally be used in the UK, Europe, the USA, or any country with an established healthcare system (unless you're working under a doctor).
Our training cuts through the hype and focuses on skills you’re allowed to use, and that actually save lives.
Who Is This Training For?
This course is designed for people who operate in remote, unpredictable, or high-risk environments, including:
Outdoor instructors & expedition leaders
Overlanders & off-grid travellers
Film & TV production crews
Guides & NGO workers in developing regions
Real Qualifications — Not Just Attendance
We're a regulated Ofqual provider. That means:
You earn a nationally and internationally recognised qualification
Accepted by outdoor governing bodies and HSE-compliant
Valid for 3 years
Usable skills in the UK and abroad — where legal and appropriate
No fluff. No wasted time. Just qualifications that count.
Our Location
Courses are delivered in the Chiltern Hills AONB, on the Oxfordshire–Buckinghamshire border, just off the M40 (Junctions 5 & 6).
We use The Horse Trust, with access to woodland, hills, and tailored outdoor training zones.

“Our team have received first aid training for the past two years from Bruce. His comprehensive scenarios and wealth of knowledge has given our team members both confidence and a fantastic skill set for dealing with any and all accidents they may encounter.
The cost of the course is competitive compared to other providers and the group sizes allow for greater support on an individual basis.
We intend to continue sourcing our first aid training from this excellent provider.”
